Running Lean / Becoming a Technical Leader

I finished reading through "Running Lean", though I had already gotten some essence from the book. I held a study meeting at my company based on the idea "Lean Canvas" described in the book. I'll show you my slides to introduce the canvas before long time. Wait a moment.

Then I started the next book, "Becoming a Technical Leader" by Gerald Weinberg. This book tells us importance of problem-solving thinking as well as his other books, especially focusing on doing that as a technical leader. I think I have to learn problem-solving centric technics.
