We had a study meeting, having invited a MySQL expert who belonged to a company in our group. He thankfully gave a very useful presentation to us with fluent explanation onto deep knowledge about MySQL. I got convinced again such a person who had speciality in a certain thing is important. They can be strength by themselves for a company.

After the meeting, we had drink-up at a pub near our office. The talk we had was excited around techs related to MySQL. I wish there were such a person like him. Anyway, it's a problem for us which we have to solve to have opportunity of tech meet-up because there are many brilliant engineers in the group.
