いつも通り起床。20分ほどメディテーション。仕事のことが思い出されてあんまり集中できなかった。

I gave a presentation to members who always attended the meeting and got a response that it seemed a bit difficult from a certain person. I guess he said so not because he was not able to understand it but he saw others were not. I meaningly crafted to encourage them to be involved into a project which we were working on. Therefore I felt I failed to give a clear understanding of my idea.

The difference between those who are capable and not is they can realize the fact that it's their fault if people can't understand what they want to say or not. If they ascribe it to others, they will never grow theirselves. They owe it to theirselves.
