Got up at 8:15 a.m. and practiced meditation. Got a little, but it was just a little.

When you decide which to do from many tasks you have, you must do it on what to do, not what you can do. On the other hand, you can do what you can do, even though there is another thing to do. To be able to decide along with the foundation, you nurture yourself and the whole abilities of an organization. Which is competency toward long-term growth, I believe.

  • Everything that can happen will happen eventually
  • Must nurture what you can do to accomplish what to do

They are the "basso continuo" for organization management against the future risk and contingency in the environment in which we are.

Had a drinking meeting with some people in EC department. We were eventually able to balance the difference between us about for what we would do. I need to have communication with much more people than ever. I had broadcasted my thoughts on the vision of our company, in the subjective manner I did. The result indicated that it, however, was not sufficient on the voices from the middle management layer. It's my challenge through this year.
